Hearing Rescheduled for Former Teacher Charged with Indecent Assault,

A hearing was rescheduled this morning for a former Collegiate Academy high school teacher.
41-year-old David Montgomery, a 12th grade teacher at Collegiate, was accused of fondling three boys while babysitting them at his home back in March.
The boys ages are 6, 9, and 13.
Montgomery faces charges including indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.

I am positive, that a 9yr. old and a 13 yr. old, know what is NOT right that someone is doing to them, why are thereso many Teacher's getting away with this? There were Teacher's in Crawford County years ago accused also, but just left go to move on to other schools I heard...What a shame that this is so out of hand that it takes years to get something done to these pedophiles, We NEED stricter laws and LONGER sentences with the prisons!!
