A local celebrity has come back to teach students about having a dream.

Marc Brown, a famous illustrator and author, has returned to his hometown of Erie this week to spend the day with students.

Brown tells us it's important for students to have an idea and accomplish their goals.

He says growing up in Erie was his inspiration.

The principal of Fairview tells us having Brown at their school is a great influence for students.
