Blood Donation Shortage

With the nasty winter weather and the raging flu season all around us, the national blood supply is running dangerously low.

The Community Blood Bank in Erie is also dealing with a severe shortage.

Our local bank needs donations of every blood type, and they need them especially before the weekend to replenish the supply for patients in need.

The Community Blood Bank is open Monday through Friday 8AM-6PM and Saturdays 9AM-12:30PM. You can go to www.OurDonorsSaveLives.org for more information on donating.
