After being found guilty of murder, a Linesville man wants a re-trial on robbery charges.

Back in March of 2012, 40 year old Gary Wiley was found guilty in the murders of Tod and Laurie Prenatt in their Linesville home.

The previous year, Wiley was charged with stealing more than 350 dollars in painkillers from a pharmacy in Linesville.

Wiley's attorney now wants a new trial to be held,  because he feels Wiley's attorney who represented him at that time did not defend him properly.
