Man Running for County Executive to Appear in Court

A Fairview man looking to be the next leader of Erie County is expected to appear in court on Monday.

Don Tucci, who had recently announced his candidacy for Erie County Executive, is scheduled in court Monday morning.

We're told from court officials that Tucci's wife filed a PFA against him and the final hearing will be February 11th.

We tried reaching out to Tucci about the issue. At this point, we've heard no response.
