Candidate for County Executive has PFA Against Him

The man who recently announced his candidacy for Erie County Executive was in court this morning.
We're told by court officials that Don Tucci's wife has filed a PFA against him last week.
This morning Tucci was in court. We're told Tucci consented to the PFA, although there were no findings of abuse.
We've tried to contact Tucci about the issue, so far there has been no response.
Tucci announced his candidacy for county executive on January 31st.

Hmmm, are you SURE you would want someone who has a PFA filed against him that HE consented to as a Candidate for Erie County Executive??? Whoa...I'd be checking into that one for sure!!! Like what DID he do to his Wife, to consent to a PFA?? Kind of makes you want to back away from anyone running for ANY service to the State!!
