An Erie teenager, missing for two weeks, was the subject of a massive day-long search in the city of Erie.

The area of East Third and German Streets was one of the neighborhoods many community members searched today with hopes of finding Jake Samusenko.

More than 150 members of the community came together to support one cause, finding anything that could lead to missing 17-year-old Jake Samusenko.

Community members gathered at the foot of Parade Street around 10 am this morning.
They split into groups of six and scoured the area to find anything that could be traced to the missing teen.

Most of the groups went from door to door, handing out fliers, and talking with neighbors from the lower east side.

A few other groups searched the wooded areas from Front Street to the lake, trying to recover anything that could lead them to Jacob.
Jacob's family members are so grateful for the large turnout and just want him back home safely.

The search party did not find anything concrete today, but they are ready and willing to continue on with their search.
