Millcreek Planning Commission Reviews West Erie Plaza Plan

    FEBRUARY 12, 2013- Big changes are coming to the West Erie Plaza, as the Millcreek Planning Commission reviews a plan for a new commercial building. 
This plan will now be considered by the Township Supervisors.   
The new owners of West Erie Plaza are planning to build a 5,874 square foot commercial building for 3 retail stores.

    The stores would set up where the now demolished Marquette Savings Bank and Taggart's Shop for Men were once located along the North Line of West 12th Street.

    VCG Properties bought the plaza in spring 2012.

    And they want to get approval so it can open by end of year.

    The Millcreek Planning Commission will make recommendations to the Supervisors who will then rreview the plan on February 26th at 7 p.m.

    In addition, VCG Properties is asking for your input.

    They have created a Facebook page titled West "Erie Plaza" where you can suggest which shops you would like to go in this new 3 store building.
