Phil English Wants Businesses To Go Green

Congressman Phil English unveiled his proposed Green Technologies Act of 2007 legislation Monday morning. Green stands for Generating Renewable Energy and Encouraging Novel Technologies. This comes after a committee conducted an extensive series of hearings on energy tax policy. English says its time the country encourages more environmentally friendly energy sources in the market.
