Erie Woman Welcomes Robin Roberts Back to GMA

FEBRUARY 20, 2013- An Erie woman had a dream come true today.

She had a chance to join in the celebration on Good Morning America, welcoming Robin Roberts back.

Bernadette Catrabone is a survivor herself.

She is a survivor of Aplastic Anemia.  She underwent a bone marrow transplant and like Robin Roberts her sister, Erica was her donor.

Bernadette was invited to attend today's show by the Aplastic Anemia MDS Foundation.

Robin returned to work today, five months to the day after she had a bone marrow transplant in her fight against the blood disorder M-D-S.

Bernadette not only met Robin this morning.

She was the only person allowed to give her a hug at Robin's request.

Bernadette also met Robin's sister and donor, Sally-Anne.

Sally-Anne was so inspired by Bernadette's story... She gave her light, love, power bracelet.
