February 26th, 2013

The Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority is moving forward with finding a developer for a major piece of Bayfront property.

Five developers have expressed interest in the McAllister Place Project.

Now the port authority wants the developers to submit a request for proposal.
That will move the project forward and allow the port authority to decide on a developer.

The request for a proposal will be put out in Erie, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Cleveland.
