Charges Refiled in Erie Homicide Case

February 27, 2013 - Charges have been re-filed against a man who allegedly killed his girlfriend.
Erie Police say Jeffery Selby, 51, has been re-charged with homicide today.
Police accuse him of killing Mary Smith in her west side apartment.
The original homicide charge was dropped by Judge Tom Carney because the Erie County Coroner ruled the cause of death undetermined.
