5 people taken into custody after meth bust in Springboro
5 people were taken into custody Thursday morning after a meth bust at a mobile home in Springboro.
The trailer was located in the 100 block of North Street, and police made an arrest there on Wednesday. They returned this morning and took 5 people inside into custody.
Dennis Tobin heads the Regional Bureau of Narcotics and said he had information that methamphetamine was being "cooked" inside the trailer. Police removed precursors for an active drug lab from inside the trailer and from a shed in the back yard. 4 rifles were also confiscated.
Police have not released the identity of those taken in for questioning. The names will be released once charges are filed.
