Charges Will Not Be Dismissed In DUI Case

An Edinboro woman will be headed to trial after a judge refuses to dismiss her charges.

During a preliminary hearing for 29 year old Kristin Graves.

Witnesses testified about what they saw moments before and after the crash that killed Kyle Rohan...

Erie police say graves was drunk when the jeep she was driving rolled on the Bayfront highway...

The 29 year old Rohan was pronounced dead at the scene...

Graves, however said that police didn't properly interview her after the accident, and did not consent to a blood alcohol test.

Which Judge Shad Connelly argued, ruling she did consent to the test, and the charges will not be dismissed.
