Suspended PA State Trooper Enters No Contest Plea in Fatal DUI Crash
Jeffrey D'Alessandro pleaded no contest to homicide by motor vehicle while DUI and driving under the influence.
The crash happened on February 8th, 2012, when D'Alessandro crossed the center line on Route 6N, hitting Daryl Nunemaker's car and killing him.
D'Alessandro's attorney says he is on unpaid suspended leave in connection to the accident.
His sentencing is scheduled for April 25th.
He could face 3 to 10 1/2 years behind bars.
