Erie Insurance Continues to Purchase Properties

Two months after purchasing the armory, Erie Insurance is continuing to buy more properties on East 6th Street.
Erie Insurance is in expansive mode, scooping up the ten room City Motel on East 6th Street.
But this part of town is familiar to Erie Insurance. They've already acquired the armory and several houses that they've renovated and will turn into law and advertising firms.
Erie Insurance spokeswoman Leah Knapp tells us that right now, they don't have any final plans for the site, but they will most likely clear the lot where the motel sits this summer.
