Waterford Man Sentenced for Role in Fatal Accident
A Waterford man was sentenced to jail today for his role in a traffic accident that killed a seventeen-year-old boy.
Michael Scott was driving a car in October of 2011 when it ran out of control, hit a pole and burst into flames.
Scott and his two passengers were thrown from the wreck.
Seventeen-year-old Cody Glover died days later.
A second passenger Aaron Hanes, survived the crash.
Michael Scott was sentenced to 18 months to 3 years in prison on charges of aggravated assault by motor vehicle.
Scott was drunk at the time.
