Hearing In Attempted Homicide Case Delayed
After facing several charges after a February shooting, an Erie man's preliminary hearing was continued this morning.
Twenty-year-old Terronce Porter faces charges including criminal attempted homicide and aggravated assault, after police responded to reports of shots fired back on February 8th at West 18th and Chestnut Streets.
According to the criminal complaint, Porter reportedly fired a gun in the direction of people near a barber shop.
Porter's hearing was delayed until a later date.
