Judge Denies Homicide Suspect's Request

A homicide suspect asked to have his statement dismissed by the judge. Today a judge denied that request.
Damar Jordan is accused of shooting and killing 25-year-old Kendall Bryant in September.
During a hearing earlier this week, Jordan claimed police questioned him about what happened on the night of the shooting, after he asked for a public defender.
Police claim Jordan waived his right to a lawyer.
Judge Shad Connelly refused to toss his statement.
