Preliminary Hearing Held for Erie Home Improvement Contractor

A preliminary hearing was held today for an
Martin Deniziak, president of Erie-based Deniziak Siding
Inc., is accused of taking money given as a down payment for various home
improvement projects. He allegedly
failed to do any work or refund the money to his customers.
A number of witnesses were in court this afternoon to
testify about experiences they had with Deniziak siding. They say they want justice, and their money
back.
Victims claim they have paid more than $32,000 to Deniziak Siding Inc.

I was lucky. He had phone jockeys borthing me once a week. had him come out once, and he must not have liked what I wanted him to do because he said that i will get back to you, and never heard another word from him, but his jockeys continued to annoy me
