Two Charged With Firearms Violations

Charged2007-06-13-1181747394.jpgUnited States Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan announced indictments against two men for violating federal firearms laws. Charles Allen Yeager, 26 years old, of Erie has been charged Tuesday by a federal grand jury for violating federal firearms laws. According to the indictment, Yeager possessed two firearms while being a convicted felon. The charge comes after an investigation by the BATF, State Police, and the Erie Police. Also charged Tuesday was Michael P. Marzzarella, 21 years old, of Sagertown. Marzzarella is accused of owning a firearm which had the serial number removed. The charge comes after an investigation by the BATF and the State Police.
