Learning to Read the Skies

March 14, 2013 - Reading the skies was the lesson in Meadville Thursday night.

The National Weather Service out of Cleveland held its Skywarn classes at the Saint Brigid Social Hall.

Emergency personnel as well as the public were invited to learn how to read the signs of storm structure and extreme and unusual weather conditions.

The event was sponsored by the Crawford County Office of Emergency Services and the Crawford Amateur Radio Society.
