Rollover Car Accident Shuts Down Portion of Rt 8

9:30 Sunday night in the 5400 block of Route 8 or Wattsburg Road.-->

MARCH 17 2013-

A section of Route 8 was closed to traffic after a rollover accident Sunday night.

The accident was reported around 9:30 in the 5400 block of Route 8 or Wattsburg Road.

The car reportedly rolled multiple times ending up in the middle of Route 8. Police had to close Route 8 between Wager and Shrimper Road until crews cleared the debris from the road.

At this point no word on the condition of the driver or if there were passengers. Millcreek Police are sorting out the details.
