Heroin Bust in Jamestown

Five men were arrested and on narcotics trafficking charges at a Jamestown New York residence Monday afternoon.

According to Jamestown Police, shortly after 1 p.m. officers and the police SWAT team executed a search warrant at 442 Buffalo Street in Jamestown. Investigators seized a large quantity of heroin crack cocaine, money  and various drug paraphernalia. The approximate street value of the drugs was $10,000.

 Mark R. Dzielski, 27, of Brocton; Russell W. Bales, 22, of Jamestown; Joseph E. McNamara, 28, of Jamestown; Ryan D. Baker, 20, of Jamestown; and Christopher J. McMillen, 21, of Youngsville, Pa.were taken into custody by Jamestown Police.

The five men were charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

They were arraigned this morning in Jamestown City Court.
