March 19, 2013- The body found floating in Presque Isle Bay  Monday afternoon has been identified as Jacob Samusenko.
Tuesday afternoon, Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook ruled the cause of 17-year-old Samusenko's death as an accidental drowning.

There were no signs of foul play in the autopsy results, and Cook was able to rule out suicide as well.

Samusenko's body was identified through dental records.
