Winarski Holds Campaign Kick Off

MARCH 19, 2013-An Erie City Councilman kicks off his campaign to retain his seat.

Jim Winarski hosted his official campaign kick off event tonight in front of family, friends and supporters.

The Democrat will be running for his second term on City Council.

The group gathered at the Polish Falcons Club as Winarski worked his way through the meet and greet.

Winarski spoke to the key reasons for his candidacy.

The primary election this year is May 21st.
