Democrat Max Myers Announces Run for Governor
Democrat Max Myers made the official annoucement at Democratic headquarters this afternoon.
He discussed his campaign and says that he will be running a moderate platform.
He says his four primary areas of concern include addressing the poverty rates, improving education, creating more jobs and building on leadership.
Myers has worked as a minister,veteran, businessman and a pilot.
He has never held office, but he says his diverse background will make up for that.

Sorry MAX...your not telling me what I want to hear! All the things you mentioned are important ,but I need a little bit more.
I want the right to vote on school tax increases as well as property tax reform so seniors on fixed income are not taxed out of their homes by county government!!
I would like to see more oversight into state spending so as to curtail
waste.There are many others, MAX, but until you address additional issues-I cannot support your election.
