Erie Man Headed to Trial for Shooting
An Erie man is headed to trial after a west side shooting last month.
Twenty-year-old Tarronce Porter faces charges including criminal attempt at criminal homicide and aggravated assault, after he was accused of shooting a car on Chestnut Street on February 8th.
The driver of the car testified in court today during the preliminary hearing.
Porter will be headed to trial and is in the Erie County Prison on 100 thousand dollars bond.
