North East Couple Charged with Abusing a Young Girl

North East borough police have charged a man and a woman in connection to the alleged abuse of a young girl.
Donald and Cindy Sweat were arraigned before North East District Judge Scott Hammer.
Donald Sweat was charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.
Cindy Sweat is accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
The couple were taken to the Erie County Prison in lieu of bond.
