Social Work Conference Aims to Educate

It was all about violence, victims and victors today at Gannon University.

The Crime and Victim Center of Erie County partnered with Gannon University's social work program for the 12th annual Social Work Conference.

The event was aimed at social workers who gathered to learn more about victim services, and what is available in Erie County for people who's lives have been impacted by crime.

Other topics discussed at today's conference included human traffickng, mandated reporting and domestic violence.
