OCY Cases to be Reviewed

An independent council is set to begin reviewing cases that were possibly mishandled by the Office of Children and Youth. Judge Fred Anthony and Judge Michael palmisano will act as independent council for OCY. They will look at every case, where there is a valid question of how that case was handled, including cases already settled in court. After a review of the cases, they`ll make a recommendation to the family court judges to re-open the cases. The family court judges will then choose which cases to re-try.
