Drinking and Driving Behind St. Patty`s Day Accident

A new report is answering some questions surrounding an accident that took the lives of four people on Saint Patrick`s Day. Toxicology reports indicate that 22-year-old Jacob Latta and his passenger, Matthew Maisner both had a blood alcohol limit above the legal limit. Heidi Britton - the driver of the other vehicle - and her adult passenger, Megan Watson, had not been drinking. All four people died in that crash. None of them were wearing seatbelts.
