Erie Man Charged

 An Erie man who led police on a high speed chase earlier this month was arraigned Monday. 47 year old David Miller is now in jail on $100,000 bond. Hes charged with several counts of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Back on June 10th, Miller led police on a chase along Buffalo and Saltsman Roads and Interstates 90 and 86. He was hospitalized after the incident and was recently released. The date of Millers preliminary hearing is expected to be announced in the next few days.
