 An Erie man is in police custody after allegedly trying to lure a teenage girl into his car Tuesday morning. Erie police say 52-year old Ralph Mannarino was driving around 19th and Peach Streets around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday when he cut off a 15-year old girl and tried to lure her into his car. Mannarino continued this attempt three more times until the girl was able to contact workers for help in front of the Saint Martin Center at 17th and Parade Streets. Police apprehended Mannarino at 12-th and German Streets. He is expected to be charged with luring a minor, stalking and harrassment.
