Crawford Co. Floods

Areas of Crawford County are mopping up tonight after several inches of rain fell taking out some roads and flooding homes and businesses. A storm system moving through began dumping rain last night and continued through out the day. The National Weather Service had issued a flood warning for the area. Police were forced to close several roads because of rushing water. The Taco Bell in the city of Meadville looked like an island until the water began to recede. Up to 2 inches of rain was reported around Meadville, and that was not good news for the owner of Sekerski`s Towing. Nearly 7 inches of water found it`s way inside his business.
