OCY Review Finished

The independent review of closed cases from the Erie County Office of Children and Youth is now finished. Retired Erie County Judges Fred Anthony and Michael Palmisano presented Erie County Executive Mark DiVecchio with their findings Monday. The two judges spent months looking at a total of 74 closed cases and conducting more than two hundred interviews.
