Businessman Wants to Clear Name

It`s been a week since Pennsylvania State Police and narcotics agents converged on a west county property armed with a search warrant looking for a possible meth lab. The owner of the property and business, Tim Panko, says he was handcuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser while agents scoured his property looking for illegal substances. Panko claims a worker he hired to repair his vehicles may have been involved in drugs, and State Police had learned a month ago the man was on the property. He believes that`s what prompted the search that he claims turned up nothing illegal.
