March 2013 is now the 8th Snowiest March on Record at the Erie International Airport: 25.4" of Snow. #1 is 33.9" set back in 2008. Now to some weather
A wave of low pressure is going to move through the area over night tonight, however, the wave will be working with limited moisture. Because of this, not much in the way of snow accumulation is going to occur. Generally, places near the city and lake shore are only going to receive about an inch of snow, whilst the places in the Snowbelt area could pick upwards of about 1-3 inches. Temperatures are still going to stay a little bit on the cooler side as a high pressure stays in place over the area for the next couple of days, but this is going to allow for the skies to clear out and a calm weather pattern to be in the area these next few days.
