Bucky Reward Reaches $250,000

The reward for Ralph "Bucky" Phillips has reached a quarter of a million dollars. Police remain on high alert in the southern tier of New York and here in Pennsylvania, looking for any sign of Phillips. Phillips is believed to have shot two New York State Police troopers last night. Both troopers remain in critical condition. Officials have intensified they`re search with 22-check points throughout Chautauqua County. The police force in New York has been increased to 140 troopers per shift and those troopers are at exits on I-90...with in the new york state line. The New York State Police along with Erie County Sheriffs Department and other New York law enforcement agencies are searching by ground and air for Bucky Phillips. Phillips is the man police believe could be connected to the shooting incident. Road blocks have been set up and police are stopping and inspecting every vehicle at the state line and at toll booths. Police have not recovered a weapon but do say they believe the a high powered rifle was used. They are now starting a grid search in the wooded area where the shooting happened near Stockton, NY.
