Tests on Gun Will Determine Alleged Murderer`s Next Court Move

The man charged with murder of 32-year-old Josh DiBello was in Erie County Court this afternoon, but the judge has reserved his decision on charges until a ballistics report from the Pennsylvania State Police is given to the court.
