Teacher Going To Trial
An area teacher accused of touching a 15 year old boy inappropriately will now go to trial.
32 year old Matthew Weaver appeared this morning in court for his preliminary hearing.
The Seneca High School teacher faces charges of criminal solicitation and corruption of minors.
One charge of indecent assault was dismissed in today`s hearing.
Police say Weaver offered the teenage boy money in exchange for sex while the two were performing at the Erie Playhouse.
Last month, The Wattsburg School District voted to suspend weaver without pay.
