Baby Weapon Mom In Court
The new born baby allegedly used as a weapon during a domestic dispute continues to fight for his life this afternoon and the mother allegedly responsible made an appearance in Erie County Court this morning.
27 year old Chytoria Graham has been charged with grabbing the baby by his feet and throwing the child at her boyfriend early Sunday morning.
Today, she appeared in court for an OCY hearing about the placement of her other children who have been take out of her care.
Investigators continue to keep a very close watch on the four week old boy who is listed in serious but stable condition at Children`s Hospital in Pittburgh.
The baby has both skull and brain injuries.
