Record Storm Belts Buffalo

A record breaking snowfall has buried western New York in more than two feet of snow. Three deaths are being blamed on the storm so far... two in vehicle accidents and one man killed when a tree limb fell on him. An estimated 380,000 people remain without power as snow-covered limbs fell and took power lines with them. It could be next week before all the lights are back on. More than 24 inches have fallen on the Buffalo area, 14 today, making it Buffalo`s snowiest October day in the 137 years records have been kept.
