Bill Rossey Memorial

Almost a year after Bill Rossey`s mysterious disappearance. The Meadville man`s family may finally have some closure. Family members say, Bill Rossey went to watch the Meadville Halloween Parade last October and simply disappeared. Rossey wasn`t seen again until police and firemen pulled his beaten body from French Creek six months later. Rossey`s family just received his cremated remains and has scheduled a memorial service and wake this coming Friday in Meadville. The service will be held from noon to 1:30pm at Stone United Methodist Church, on Main Street. The wake will be from 1:30 to 4:30pm at St. Brigid Church on Arch Street. Rossey`s death was ruled a homicide and no suspects have been identified.
