Man Critically Injured in Ski Accident

An Ohio man is in critical condition after a skiing accident at Peek `n Peak in Clymer, New York. It happened Saturday night at around 8:45 p.m. The Chautauqua County sheriff`s office says Andrew Zanko, 20, of Dublin, Ohio lost control while skiing. Zanko struck a tree near the end of the slope. Witnesses say he was skiing at a fast pace and was out of control prior to the crash. Zanko was flown to Hamot Medical Center and remains in critical condition with severe head injuries.
