Drinks on the House

You`ll be able to drink to your wins and losses - for free - at the future Presque Isle Downs Casino. Governor Ed Rendell signed a bill Wednesday, making some changes to Pennsylvania`s liquor code. It`s House Bill 446, and it allows a holder of a restaurant license who is also approved to hold a slot machine license or a conditional slot machine license to give free liquor to those who are engaged in playing slot machines. The Governor says he signed the bill with the belief that the LCB and the Gaming Control Board will ensure these complimentary beverages are served in a responsible manner.
