Aside from being thoroughly screened, by way of state and national criminal background checks as well as random drug testing, we know a lot about our new employee’s personalities and overall character before they are sent out into the field. Our screenings include no less than six references, other than previous employers and family members.
CAREGivers complete a thorough, multi-phased training program which helps them become extraordinary home care professionals. This training gives them the knowledge and tools they need to respond to situations unique to their work—such as managing the challenges of memory loss. To ensure the relationship with your CAREGiver is meeting your expectations, we conduct periodic quality assurance visits to your home.
