The 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is taking center stage at the 11th annual abortion recovery press conference.

Women who have had abortions are now speaking out against the practice.

They say abortion hurts women and makes them feel shame and grief.

Saturday afternoon at one abortion supporters will be on the capitol steps for the rally for reproductive justice.

Then Sunday anti-abortion again with the Right to Life march starting at 2 p.m. and ending at the capitol steps.

But lawmakers are also getting involved in the debate with bills tackling abortion.

Arkansas Today will have more on that as the session progresses.
