The Pennsylvania Legislature recently acted to make it illegal to text while driving...starting in March, if police see someone texting while driving, they can pull you over and give you a citation for the offense.
Purchase says there has even been studies released about texting while driving in comparison to drinking while driving, and the results may surprise you.
