President Obama's job growth plan was the topic of discussion at Democratic Headquarters in Erie today

Party Chairman Bill Cole and Congressional Candidate Missa Eaton talked about economic development and women in the workplace.

Eaton says women make up 50 percent of the work force, and that her opponent Mike Kelly is taking positions against women's health.

Eaton released her job plan Thursday to help create and train local citizens for jobs.

Eaton says it is important to do what we can to support workers, which includes training for jobs and supporting our veterans by finding meaningful work.
